However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return and refund policy subject to the following terms and conditions:
✅ Eligibility for Return
The product must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Products that are opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for a refund.
Proof of purchase (invoice/bill) must be provided.

Opened or partially used products
Products purchased under clearance sale, discounts, or special offers
Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling
Perishable items with short expiry date (if specifically mentioned at purchase)
🛒 How to Initiate a Return

Share your order details, reason for return, and a photo of the product.
Once approved, we will guide you with the return shipping process.
Note: Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the product delivered is incorrect or damaged.
💰 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days through your original payment method.
In case of COD orders, refund will be initiated to your bank account (details to be provided by you).
🔄 Replacement
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we offer a free replacement. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging.
